You can also cook a protein source for the entire week as well. Try boiling or roasting some chicken, this would give you an additional option if you are ever in need of protein in the middle of the week and are too lazy to cook at that point in time. This is a much better alternative to things like fast food which is what you are probably going to end up turning to if you are too lazy to cook and don’t have something in the fridge that you can cook up as easily as possible.
You should also buy some containers that you can store food in. This would allow you to cook a few meals up and then store them in the fridge or, even better, the freezer. Then all you would have to do is take a container out and warm the food up and you would have everything you would need in order to make yourself a fine meal.
Another tip that you should look into is purchasing canned food. This is extremely important because of the fact that it would allow you to simply pour contents out and start cooking. Contrary to what people might think, canned food is not that bad for you. It is actually far, far better than fast food and can provide you with a great deal more nutrition. If you are short on time but want to start cooking as much as possible, you should really look into these cooking hacks. You would notice your health improve drastically after you start cooking at home more often, and the food would be tastier as well.
